  1. I am pretty sure it is only a K-Line interface (pin 7)... (pin 4,5 Gnd; 16 Vcc) Is your adapter capable of KWP2000 protocol?

  3. I just return from testing engine power. And here are the results: without power reduction: 35,0kW/5100rpm; 69Nm/4470rpm; max. 5370rpm with power reduction: 17,5kW/3390rpm; 60Nm/2000rpm; max. 3390rpm without filter, power reduction part: 36,5kW/5340rpm; 74Nm/3350rpm; max. 5340rpm
  4. The pump has to work hard to generate the pressure (~3bar?) for the engine. Before i start my engine i can hear it working, but during driving i do hear nothing from her.
  5. In my opinion everyone telling the engine is a Samurai, Swift or Alto is not telling the truth. But i can be wrong, this is just what i found... So if anyone can state a difference with proofing the facts...
  6. I do not agree with you, sorry. The licensing thing says absolutly nothing about quality, reliability etc. It only says: The engine originally was developed by Suzuki and companies were allowed to build this engine due to this development. We know nothing about the license itself. Are the companies allowed to make changes, use other materials etc... By the way, the engine is working well. I had absolutly no problems with the engine so far. Who tells you that Suzuki has good engines? You always have the choice...
  7. Where is the problem? As far as i know neither Dazon nor Minico promised you can go to a Suzuki dealer and buy parts... The only information is: The engine is buildt with license of Suzuki, that is all. All other is interpretation...
  8. The displacement for the engine is 1051cc... It is an engine of the 1.1l category, so most people write 1100cc. It is a problem of rounding.
  9. The 465 engines can be found in different chinese cars. http://www.bydauto.com.cn/english/car/function_1.asp
  10. No Suzuki ALTO... I checked with SUZUKI Europe, the engine type is unknown in Europe...
  11. As i have written before in an different topic... It MAY be a licensed SUZUKI engine. But none of the one known in european market, but for asian market. Manufacturer is Huaihai Engine Company Ltd., type DZ465MYG. This type is similar HH465Q-2E or LJ465Q-1ANE or YH465Q-2E from different manufacturers.
  12. Just upload them to www.youtube.com and share the link...
  13. I just used the standard Innova Speedracer tire and it was quite ok. A little bit slippery at some places but good handling at all. The mud pit was almost "only" water with hard ground at the bottom, so no real traction problem at all. The engine was in "full power" mode. I had no water or moisture inside the ECU afterwards.
  14. In my opinion you need the Mud Gear tire only in really muddy terrain... Happy holiday...
  15. Upper Picture. Right front tire up. Whole buggy tilted to the left (left rear spring almost comressed). I think mine is different....
  16. Having a look on these pictures (http://www.tooloccasion.com/index.php?a=15&b=2097) i was surprised how much your buggies are rolling around driving direction when one front tire is lifted high, so the other tire is aired. I will test this with mine later ..... If you ask me i would change the springs instead welding around or making other geometrical changes. I made a diagramm showing the differences between our springs, but left it at work, so i will show it later. Maybe some things will be then more clear....
  17. Driven by your experience i opened my ECU today. Remembering the really muddy wet race i was very curious... The surprise: Not one drop oft moisture or watermarks inside!!! Only the lower rubber was covered with dirt. Also the circuit board seems to be coated. Because once ist is open i redid the coating with URETHAN 71, a special coating for PCBs. It is waterproof and highly resistant to environmental stress.
  18. OK, so where do you see the most critical behaviour of your buggy on the street?
  19. Image problem, maybe one can fix, i can´t!
  20. Changing the angle alpha just a little has almost no effect on spring rate behaviour. So still the main (unanswered) question for me is: * What is your main target for driving, street or offroad? You can not have both perfect. For street you need stiff springs like mine. For only offroad your springs are better i think.
  21. Why did you change this? Did you have any problems? Now the lower seat of your suspension seems to be totally unprotected...
  22. J'ai ajouté encore plus de pièces de rechange à mon dépôt personnel. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose de sentir pressant libre pour demander ! I added some more spare parts to my personal depot. If you need something urgent feel free to ask!
  23. You can try to contact them directly, no problem! But they told me not to deliver to France. As i have written before the price for one unit GAXSW18MS is around 70€, for RERS 3 is around 10€ each. You do not need the DR18.
