As said before: If you need parts i have on my list, feel free to contact me...

List is growing and growing... -
Hello Giles,
thank you for informing us. On my DAZON the tubes are installed correctly... -
Please keep in mind the kneecaps have to be able to withstand high axial load! Almost every kneecap is only capable of radial load...
Next to the diam 16 kneecap set i also have original set of diam 18... -
If so, i would use tires for winter, softer rubber, better grip... -
pof a écrit:I just return from testing engine power. And here are the results:
without power reduction: 35,0kW/5100rpm; 69Nm/4470rpm; max. 5370rpm
with power reduction: 17,5kW/3390rpm; 60Nm/2000rpm; max. 3390rpm
without filter, power reduction part: 36,5kW/5340rpm; 74Nm/3350rpm; max. 5340rpm
As i have written here the maximum power was 36,5kW (50PS) i measured... -
Please keep in mind the additional weight of other rims and tires. Adding more unsprung mass will negativly change driving behaviour... -
Please keep an eye on your 1st generation ball knuckles... -
I hope not to be too off topic!

The course was on a Motocross Track. I was racing against a brandnew Borossi 800cc and an 650cc Kinroad. The Kinroad retired with a defective gearshift. I was racing hard with the Borossi, but near the end of race his four shock absorbers collapsed.
The race was private organized. Just a Buggy race, nothing official...
My RE has no damages at all. Only for bumpy tracks my springs are to stiff, maybe i will test yours... -
A small Impression of Saturdays Race... -
I ballanced all four wheels and it feels really better... -

As ever well done and documented! -
Sorry, i did not drive any km´s with them. I have now 1500km with the old ones and the lower front is now ready for replacement.
So i ordered 3 sets as mentioned above. The protection covers are for the diam. 18 kneecaps, but fit also on the diam. 16.
I find it a big improvement to protect them against dust/water to reduce wear! -
Hello RE1100D enthusiastics!
Today i received some parts from DAZON including the newest improved kneecaps for the swingarms. For all of you having problems like on the picture i made the following kit.
This kit includes following parts:
16x 51123-BEB0-0000 Ball Knuckle,Bar End φ16×1.5
16x 53168-BEB0-0000 Protection cover, Ball Joint (Black)
8x 90140-12060-2B Bolt,Flange M12×1.25×60
8x 90210-12B01-2B Lock Nut,Flange M12×1.25
4x 90250-16B01-0A Nut,Hex M16x1.5
I added the protection covers as dust/water protection for all kneecaps. The kneecaps are maintenance free. All parts are original DAZON spareparts! So there should be no warranty problems.
This kit will cost 260,00 Euro including transportation. If you are interested drop me a MP! The pic shows some of the parts for reference. -
Nice work!!! Very good documented...
What was the exact problem of the old steering box? Did you find it? -
Correct!
But take the weight of the buggy into account. This compresses the springs a bit... -
If you have a closer look you can realize the engine is mounted several centimeters higher then ours...pierro 40 a écrit:...surtout que sur la photo il y en aurait plutot moins, vue la position des triangles AR quasi à l'horizontale
And with the maximum angle of the transmission axle this is the result. -

Impressionnant
This is DAZON Proto with long travel dualrate shocks, small coolant and different tires... -
No, i did not test the software, because i do not have it right now...
But i will get it from DAZON directly, so i assume i will work... -
Hello again,
the offered software is readonly and for diagnostics! You can have a look on various parameters...
If you use other software use KWP2000 protocol an try to communicate with device "17". This is the devicenumber of the ECU!
Anyone interested in the Diagnostics Software Kit please drop me an MP!! -
Hello friends,
the ECU shold be able to use KWP2000... I was offered a kit including software, a PCMCIA card, connector.
The price will be around 100Euro each, anyone interested?
I will check what can be done with this kit...
Solong! -
I would not use rims (jantes) from any car on your RE1100D!!!!
Cars use screws, bolts with M12x... and the Buggy is M10x...
Also the Buggy has NO centering ring for the rims. So without some modifications at the hub i would say it is VERY dangerous. -
I found in the engine wiring diagram pin 1 of the connector is "diagnostics enable".
Maybe this pin must be provided ground signal or 12V to enable the interface.
For a ground signal you can easily test with an 10kohm resistor connecting pin 1 and 4, if you like.
Did you also check with "ignition on"?
