Réponse par live chat: For some reason the labels that were printed for the rest of the order were cancelled and I think that the paperwork for the order was sent with the tyres - it didn't come back through to the office for us to create more labels. I will sort this out today for you and try my very best to get the rest of the order dispatched. I am very sorry for the delay.
