j'ai trouvé l'horaire pour la présentation de marketing a l'illinois
13h00 à 13h20 à Kickapoo 1 (je sais pas ca veut dire quoi)(ca doit etre l'endroit)

c'est aussi confirmé que c'est un hill climb pour illinois. ca veut pas dire que ca nous prend pas qqun pour le hitch point arrière. on en a besoin pour mtl.

Sales Presentation Information

General information and tips regarding the Baja SAE Illinois 2008 Sales Presentations:

• The presentation schedule has been posted and will not change. It is the responsibility of each team to be on time for their scheduled time slot.
o A team that is late for the scheduled presentation start time still will be held to the scheduled end time.
o Tip: If possible, please try to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.

• Each team is allotted 20 minutes: 2-3 minutes for setting up, 10 minutes (maximum) for the presentation, 5 minutes for judges’ questioning, and 2-3 minutes for packing up.

• Each of the presentation rooms has a projector and screen. Each team is responsible for bringing their own laptop and presentation material.
o The organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure working presentation equipment; however, we cannot completely guarantee this.
o Laptops connect to projectors using standard 15 pin D-sub connectors.
o Tip: Bring a backup of your presentation material.

• Every presentation room will have a dedicated host throughout the course of the day. This individual will be familiar and able to assist with the room’s facilities, including projector and screen.
