In my opinion a bright color better underlines the shape and lines of this car than black.  

The wheels will be changed to BBS in body color and the interior gets brown seats.

I have no pics of disassembling steps, sorry.
But it's not that difficult. Unscrew the base plate. The interior is built up of 4 parts: the inner shell with seats, the dashboard and both door trims (I will take pics of it when I repaint it tomorrow). All is fixed with hot glue and to remove easily.

Windows and lamp glasses can be removed by fingernails. They are just slightly glued. IMPORTANT: Remove all glue remainings from the window frames conscientiously! If you paint it over it's impossible to put the windows back in place flush.  

For grilles and headlamp inlets you need a sharp scalpel. Go along the gaps and try to release the parts by levering very carefully without breaking. It needs some time and sentience, they may be glued heavily.

Emblems can be scratched off, there are spare parts coming along with each model in the foam box.

Now just sand the whole body with #400 sandpaper and clean it thoroughly.  
Oh, and I didn't remove the tiny foglamps but covered them with masking fluid (Revell Color Stop) instead. That works well.

Enhanced with carpet, colored seat belts and floor mats with piping and etched Audi lettering.
