Are you sure of the model ?
As far I know, all 1150 have a "3 holes' model (because the master cylinder is a single model) and the one on your picture is a "4 holes" model dedicated to twin master cylinders.
Following my PR900, there are 5 references : 7700523312, 7700547123, 7700629669, 7702007819 and 7700573430 (specific to early TX).

Two references are common to R4, R5 and R6 : 7700523312 and 7702007819.

You have to be sure of the one you need.

Sorry on picture, it was only for visual caracter, what i need.
So you recomend me models from R 4, R5 and R 6,as replacement for GL,as i understand corectly?

Not exactly.
I wrote it's possible that your part is the same as on R4/R5/R6, but you have to check if it's the case.
The trouble is that I don't have any picture to help you to compare, sorry.
